Dr. Terry Schmidt, M.S.,D.D.S.,P.C. Dr. Terry graduated from Loyola Dental School in Chicago in 1976. He has practiced in his home town of Robinson continuously for the last 30 years.
His wife, Pearl, is also a native of Robinson and works at Deer Creek Golf Course in the summer months, as well as helping out around the office. Their children are Susan, Robby and Rusty.
Dr. Terry has been involved in Community Affairs - serving six years on the City Council and District Library Board, and is past director of First Crawford State Bank. Other interests include photography, gardening, and a keen interest in Apple Macintosh computing. These influences are definitely seen around the office.

Dr. Jason Luchtefeld
Dr. Jason will be coming to us from his practice in Pompano Beach, Fla.
He has been in the private practice of dentistry for the last 9 years and is wanting to return to the midwest near his hometown of Effingham. Dr. Jason actually played football in Robinson during his high school years and is a 2000 graduate of Southern Illinois Dental School. He then spent one year at the VA Medical Center in Denver Colorado in a General Practice Residency.
Once completing the residency, Jason opened a dental practice in Frisco Colorado in August of 2001 and then moved to Pompano Beach where he practices at the present time.
He and his wife Vicki are looking forward to the slower pace of living and are ready to begin a family.
Dr. Jason is very involved in Implant Dentistry and comprehensive rehabilitation of the teeth. His is also a graduate of the Misch Implant Institute.
